A fairytale wedding at Royle Forest Wedding Venue. Royle Forest Wedding Venue is one of my all-time favourite places to photograph a wedding. It’s an absolute if I get the chance to return here. From the moment you arrive, it genuinely feels like stepping into a fairytale. Surrounded by woodland, glowing tipis, and twinkling fairy lights, the entire venue creates the most magical and atmospheric setting for a wedding day.

One of the standout things about Royle Forest is the incredible team behind it. The staff are welcoming, organised, and supportive from start to finish, which makes the whole day run effortlessly for both couples and suppliers. When a venue is run this well, it allows everyone to truly relax and enjoy the experience.

Harry and Abi were an absolute dream to photograph. From the very beginning, they made my job so easy. Like many couples, they admitted to feeling a little nervous in front of the camera, but you would never know it from the images. They were completely natural together, and their connection shines through in every single photograph.

Their love for each other was effortless to capture, and the energy from their wedding party made the day even more unforgettable. The atmosphere was incredible from start to finish, with laughter, emotion, and nonstop celebration on the dance floor well into the evening.

Even with the intense summer heat throughout the day, nothing could take away from the atmosphere or energy of the wedding. If anything, it only added to the experience, with guests making the most of every moment outdoors among the trees and glowing lights.

This was one of those weddings that stays with you long after you’ve packed your camera away. A perfect couple, an incredible venue, and a celebration full of life, love, and unforgettable moments.
