F & Q
Do I have to backup my images?
Yes! Once you receive your images, do a backup by uploading them onto your computer and/or onto another USB stick. I will however, keep your galleries for as long as I can but you should always back up to be safe.

Is there a deposit charge and is there refunds?
I have a 20% non refundable deposit to save your date. There is no refunds from the time you send me over your deposit.
How long does it take to receive my photographs?
Please allow up to 7 weeks for the full album to be returned to you. This depends on the busy periods and seasons. I will always try my hardest to get your special photos to you as soon as I can.
Can we personalise our packages?
Yes, I am more then happy to personalise your package to fit your needs but this will change the cost of the package.

If you are not local to my area, I will have to charge and extra fee for petrol, only to cover my miles.

Once deposit is received to secure your date, this is non-refundable. No refunds are accepted.

Full payment must be made 2 weeks before your big day.
Privacy Policy

I do ask for full names, mobile numbers, addresses and email addresses when I have a day booked with you.

I do not sign your name or number up to any mailing lists nor do I pass on your details to anyone else.
